UV Printing
UV printing is Long-Lasting Aesthetics with Outstanding Visual Expression. Complex logos, gradient designs, or custom themes can be clearly presented, helping brands stand out with differentiation.
High Temperature Welding
High-temperature heat-sealing that forms seamless, airtight waterproof bonds. Even after long-term immersion in water, it can resist water pressure and corrosion, avoiding leakage.
Reinforcement Sewing
We further enhance structural stability by integrating an internal reinforced sewing structure at key stress points. This dual-reinforcement design combines the advantages of heat sealing—eliminating pinhole leaks—and precision sewing—boosting tensile strength and tear resistance.
Accessories Welding
The handles are securely integrated into the product via advanced high-temperature heat sealing technology, creating a seamless bond with the main body. This integration ensures the handle becomes an integral part of the product, boasting exceptional load-bearing capacity and resistance to pulling or twisting.
48H Air-Tightness Testing
We conduct a rigorous 48-hour continuous air tightness test on every finished product to verify the integrity of heat-sealed seams. During the test, the product is fully inflated to the standard operating pressure.
Weld Seam Checking
Additionally, visual and tactile inspections are performed to check for uneven bonding, material warping, or weak spots—any defects trigger immediate rework, guaranteeing consistent bond quality across all products.
Weight-Bearing Test
Multi-Point Weight-Bearing Test: Validating Structural Durability, we perform rigorous weight-bearing tests to ensure the product can withstand high-intensity commercial use.
Foam Immersion Test
To further validate the waterproof performance of heat-sealed joints, we implement a dedicated foam immersion test. If any foam bubbles form around heat-sealed seams, it indicates a leak, prompting immediate rework of the affected area. This test complements the air tightness test, providing dual assurance that all bonded areas remain 100% waterproof, even in chlorinated pool water or saltwater environments.
Play Testing
This real-world validation ensures the product performs reliably in practical use, withstanding water pressure, user interaction, and chemical exposure (e.g., pool chlorine) without compromising functionality or safety.
Cleaning
After all manufacturing and testing processes are completed, each product undergoes a meticulous cleaning procedure to ensure it reaches customers in pristine condition.
Packing
Deflation and folding: carefully deflate the product completely, then fold it in PVC bags. At the same time, put image of every part at outside of the package.
Loading
Integrated logistics coordination: can ship by boat, by truck and by air. We handle end-to-end shipping arrangements, including booking cargo space, preparing customs documents and coordinating with reputable logistics partners.
